Scheduled Maintenance:

  • Pine Knoll Apartments - The power company has a scheduled power outage for the community on 11/21/2024 starting at 7AM and lasting "a few hours". Power for the entire property will be down. This will cause an outage of all Internet and Cable Tv services. ~ Posted 10/31/24
  • The Crossings Apartments - The power company has a scheduled power outage for the community on Black Friday (11/29/2024) from 11PM to 1AM. Power for the entire property will be down. This will cause an outage of all Internet and Cable Tv services. ~ Posted 11/11/24
